By God’s grace, May month PMP boot camp went very well with the participation of 13 PMs from organizations like Gemini Communications, TCS, Siemens, HCL, iSoft and 3iInfotech and 5 of us trainers. The boot camp was held at Raj Palace Sundar, R.A.Puram. The venue, ambiance, food and service were great. The success of any training program depends on the participants. This group of project managers were very focused on learning, always willing to share their knowledge and help each other.
We took a feedback from the participants on these 6 aspects:
1. The ambience and arrangements (food, venue, seating etc)
2. The knowledge and presentation skills of trainers
3. The supporting material (quiz, baseline tests, model exam)
4. The focus and support for PMP certification
5. The other elements (Surya Namaskar, protein food etc)
6. The overall experience
and we got an average rating of 4+ in a scale of 1-5 on all aspects. (I feel that these guys are being nice to us! Having come from the quality background, I could find at least ten things that can be further improved and I am already working on them) but I was delighted to create something of high value for my customers. It was a proud moment to sign this certificate for our participants.
Basker Sampath from TCS wrote “The training sequence was great. Baseline tests every day and the model exam on the last day has given me the confidence to appear for PMP. The Quizzes helped me stay attentive in the class.”
