Gravatar is a webware (free, of course) http://en.gravatar.com/ to add a picture or icon to your name / company that will become your globally recognized avatar (or look) that will follow you wherever you go in internet (in blogs when you leave comments and so on).
When you create an ID in gravatar, you can also take a picture if your laptop has a camera and make it your gravatar. (That is what I did and this is how I look now. Calling it the new look because I wear glasses now. ) You can also change your gravatar picture and in all places your old picture will be replaced with the new (or shall I say young) picture.
