the 2 days Leading SAFe training at Chennai for SAFe Agilist Certification
The SAFe Agilist (SA) certification program from the Scaled Agile Academy is for Agile Practitioners to expand towards applying agile in large software programs. The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), created by Dean Lefingwell, is a proven methodology for large-scale, multi-team Agile projects and programs to carry out Enterprise Agile transformation seamlessly.
This two day course, conducted by a Certified SAFe Program Consultant, will be an interactive program with exercises, games, and real world examples through which you will gain the knowledge necessary towards applying the principles of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean thinking and Product development flow for Agile transformation in your organizations.

Our trainer is a Senior IT Professional with 15 plus years of overall IT experience including 7 years in agile delivery management and Agile Coaching. He is a PMP, CSM, CSP and SAFe Process Consultant. He has been part of several enterprise Agile transformation, focusing on organizational change management, evangelizing agile mindset and scaling agile. Being a corporate trainer, he has conducted training to several hundreds through sessions in Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Agilist/SAFe Practitioner) .He has diverse experience in managing Development, Maintenance and Production support projects in different geographies. Target audience
- Executives, managers and Agile change agents responsible for leading a Lean / Agile change initiative in the larger software enterprise. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management is recommended. Experience in Scrum will be added advantage.
