So we are adding a few terms and conditions. We don’t foresee any of our participants applying for the reimbursement! It is very difficult to fail the exam after getting trained by us.

Terms & Conditions
- Our 2 day ITIL training program comes with 100% money back guarantee. If you do not clear the ITIL Foundation certification exam we refund your complete course fee amount.
- Participant needs to take the ITIL exam within 30 days from the classroom training completion date.
- Participants are requested to provide us the scorecards of the ITIL attempt. Without the scorecard, the reimbursement will not be processed.
Money Back Guarantee: Reimbursement Process
- ITIL training participants are required to e-mail scanned copies of their ITIL Exam scorecard to training@msacademy.in along with a copy of MS Academy ITIL training certificate.
- We will reimburse the amount payable within 15 days of receiving all the documents from you.
- The mode of reimbursement will be a crossed cheque in the name of the participant.
What we expect from the participants to ensure success in the ITIL FoundationExam?
As the ITIL Exam needs preparation, succeeding in the same would require:
- 100% effort and commitment from participants
- Scoring at least 75% in the two quizzes in our ‘ITIL V3 Foundation Question Bank’.
- Participants will have to adhere to all advice given by the instructors in the boot camp
When Money Back Guarantee is void?
- Participants not taking the ITIL® examination within 30 days of the classroom training completion date.
- Participants not maintaining 100% attendance in the 2 day ITIL® training program.
- Failing to score at least 75% in the two quizzes in our ‘ITIL V3 Foundation Question Bank’.
- Participants not submitting the required documents to MS Academy or have not paid the course fees in full.
