Terms & Conditions
- Our 4-day PMP® Boot Camp comes with 100% money back guarantee. If you do not clear the PMP® exam we refund your complete course fee amount.
- Participant needs to take PMP® exam within 60 days from the classroom training completion date.
- Participants are requested to provide us the scorecards of the PMP attempt. Without the scorecard, the reimbursement will not be processed.
Money Back Guarantee: Reimbursement Process
- PMP® participants are required to e-mail scanned copies of their PMP® scorecard to training@msacademy.in along with a copy of MS Academy PMP Boot Camp certificate.
- We will reimburse the amount payable within 15 days of receiving all the documents from you.
- The mode of reimbursement will be a crossed cheque in the name of the participant.
What we expect from the participants to ensure success in the PMP Exam?
As the PMP Exam is a very challenging exam, succeeding in the same would require:
- 100% effort and commitment from participants
- Scoring at least 75% in the 5th baseline test and 75% in any two attempts on the ‘PMP Q Bank’.
- Participants will have to adhere to all advice given by the instructors in the boot camp
When Money Back Guarantee is void?
- Participants not taking the PMP® examination within 60 days of the classroom training completion date.
- Participants not maintaining 100% attendance in the 4-day PMP® Boot Camp.
- Failing to score at least 75% in the 5th baseline test and 75% in any two attempts on the ‘PMP Q Bank’.
- Participants not submitting the required documents to MS Academy or have not paid the course fees in full.
